Roberto Sala_

Roberto graduated in 2016 in Management Engineering at Politecnico di Milano, with a thesis on investment models for the renewable energy market. He worked as a researcher at University of Bergamo on the Product-Service Systems (PSS) and Industry 4.0 topics. He participated in the European project DIVERSITY, to its industrial realization and to its dissemination through journal articles and international conferences. He worked on multiple industrial projects. From October 2017 he is a PhD Student enrolled in the Technology, Innovation and Management course organized by University of Bergamo and University of Naples “Federico II”. His research project gravitates around the service delivery process improvement through the exploitation of the Industry 4.0 technologies. He was visiting scholar at the University of Hong Kong dealing with decision-support systems in the smart manufacturing and PSS contexts. Since 2016, he is tutoring the “Gestione delle Operations” and “Operations Management” courses for the master’s degrees in Ingegneria Gestionale and Management Engineering at University of Bergamo.
