Roberto Sala è ricercatore a tempo determinato presso il Dipartimento di Ingegneria Gestionale, dell’Informazione e della Produzione dell’Università di Bergamo (Italia) dove è anche membro del gruppo di ricerca CELS. Ha conseguito il dottorato di ricerca in Technology, Innovation and Management presso l’Università di Bergamo nel 2021 con una tesi sui processi decisionali guidati dai dati per migliorare la fornitura di servizi di manutenzione. I suoi interessi di ricerca gravitano intorno ai processi decisionali basati sui dati, alla manutenzione, all’Industria 4.0 e ai sistemi prodotto-servizio. Ha partecipato a molteplici progetti a livello regionale, nazionale ed europeo in queste aree di ricerca.
