Luca Carminati is a Phd Student at the University of Bergamo, where he graduated in Management Engineering in 2023. In his thesis he developed a model for the inclusion of high-functioning autistic people in manufacturing processes. He started working with the research group after his graduation through a research scholarship, which is focused on the analysis of the skills needed for the transition to Industry 5.0. This research activity was contextual to the objectives of the European project CoDEMO. His current activities are focused on the study of the skills required for Industry 5.0 and sustainable manufacturing, as well as issues related to the inclusion of autistic people in manufacturing processes.
