Matteo Zanchi is a research fellow at University of Bergamo (Cels group), from which he graduated in 2019 with a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, with a thesis on the redefinition and reorganization of a company material handling logics through the use of Lean techniques.
He started his collaboration with the group in 2020 through a scholarship for research activities, focused on the application of Lean logics in the construction field, with the collaboration of several companies in the area.
His current activities focus on the study of how the adoption of lean management practices impact the learning process in digitalised production contexts.
