ABB OEM Partner needs analysis (English)


Dear customer,

ABB S.p.A., in conjunction with the Engineering faculty at the University of Bergamo, is developing a project to improve after sales service offerings through better collaboration with its partners.

In detail, the objective of the research is to identify the main needs of after sales service customers and create stronger collaboration to satisfy end-customers’ requests – ultimately offering customers an improved value proposition.

The following questionnaire is divided into three sections: evaluation of drives/motors service supplier selection criteria; evaluation of ABB performance and general questions about your firm. It should only take a few minutes of your time and your answers will be confidential for internal use only.
