A forum finalised to the promotion of cultural and scientific activities in the After-Sales area. In particular, CELS has developed specific know-how within the automotive industry.
ASAP Service Management Forum – Automotive Section is a scientific and cultural initiative which aims at studying, analyzing and promoting all the activities belonging from the automotive industry, the cornerstone where all professionals, practitioners and researchers could find the right playfield for discussion, dissemination, training, submission of issues or provision of solutions related to the area of automotive service management.
