Benchmarking projects on companies logistics performance, through the use of process mapping models and performance measurement systems applied to supply and service chains. The Research Group is an active member of the Supply Chain Council, an international organization made by research institutes and industrial companies for the development and diffusion of SCOR, CCOR and DCOR reference models.
