The main project goal is to identify management and organizational solutions to achieve efficiency and effectiveness for after-sales service networks in the Truck industry. In particular the project is based on the following sub-objects:

  • Identification of main service processes  
  • Analysis of service process efficiency (cost and time)
  • Analysis of service process effectiveness (quality and service mix)
  • Identification of improvement solutions.

The research project involves the Italian division of four major European Truck companies (VOLVO TRUCK, IVECO, DAF and MAN).
