The aim of the project – carried out in a manufacturing company – is to optimize production and logistics processes through the implementation of lean logistics approaches.
The project encompasses the following main phases:
• Value analysis through the value stream mapping method
• Identificaion of the main critical areas
• Implementation of lean approaches (Hoshin, SMED, 5S, Kanban…)
• Performance monitoring
